Cycling (glow in the dark): This is a high-intensity workout all on a stationary bike. The class focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, sprints, & climbs. This class is designed for everyone from beginners to the more advanced riders. This class is cardio-based and will make you sweat, so bring lots of water. Get ready to party it up as you ride with the music blasting and in the dark!
