Power Hour Workout
This is a fast pace, cardiovascular, strength building workout incorporating high intensity interval training with a mix of bodyweight, weighted, and banded exercises. Each 1 hour long class will focus on either two muscle groups or total body training. It will be structured with an incorporated warm up, conditioning portion, and a cool down stretch at the end. This class will help you focus on pushing your limits, and is a great break from studying with an efficient use of your time! This class can help athletes, people looking for more toned muscles, and anyone who wants to better their health. Come join the fun if you’re looking to push yourself, break a sweat, and listen to some new upbeat songs!

Why Angelina became a Fitness Instructor:

“I have been an athlete my whole life and love to workout. I enjoy helping others and I think it is important to value your physical and mental health. I think working out is a great escape and I want to share my passion for it. I want to help people feel more confident and guide them into becoming the best version of themselves.”

“I love to play sports such as volleyball, basketball, and lacrosse. I enjoy being outside, bike riding, hiking, and fishing. I also love watching movies, listening to music, and hanging out with my friends and family.”
