Martial Arts Workout
“My workout class is designed similarly to a cardio kickboxing class and promotes fitness through the practice of martial arts techniques. In each class, students will learn basic punches, kicks, blocks, and stances, and then use these techniques in energetic aerobic combinations. My program is structured in a loose three-week rotation between focus on upper body, lower body, and core. No matter your experience level, my martial arts workout class will help you to develop your speed, power, endurance, and personal discipline. Come to my class to boost your strength, energy, and confidence!”
