Faculty & Advisor Information
In response to requests from members of the faculty for access to enter and edit course section details for the Schedule of Classes, the Office of the Registrar made training available in 2021. Department chairs, program directors, deans, and academic support staff are invited to complete this training to gain access in Colleague to modify the schedule. In the training, you will learn about using previous schedules as a template and managing details such as the instructor’s name, the section cap, and the instructional method.
A recording has been posted in LinkedIn Learning for those that were unavailable during the live sessions. Upon completion of the training, you may request access to the schedule screens in Ellucian Colleague by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Access to editing the schedule will allow those managing a department or college’s course details to make quick changes on demand. This will be especially helpful for those that adjust section caps throughout the registration period and FOCUS.
We’re happy to answer your questions and address the unique scheduling needs for your department’s courses, such as co-requisite labs. Email email@example.com if you would like to schedule a help session.
