Student Account Balances

Students with outstanding balances on their account cannot register for classes for the next term. The Office of Student Accounts will place a hold on the student’s record until the outstanding balance is satisfied. Students are encouraged to contact the Office of Student Accounts to discuss any special circumstances surrounding an outstanding account balance. Payment plans are available to parents and students only through Tuition Management System.

Types of transactions that count toward outstanding account balances include:

  • Tuition, room, and board charges
  • Parking fines and violations
  • Library fines
  • Health Center charges

All outstanding balances must be paid in full by the end of the academic year in order to receive grades, diplomas, and transcripts.
