Step 1: In the navigation panel, click the button labeled “Contact Forms” to create a new contact form

Step 2: Input a title for the contact form in the text field at the top

Step 3: Create the fields that your contact form will require. You can use the Generate Tag drop-down menu to insert the field into the form.

Generate Tags:

To use the tag, simply copy the text located in the second-to-last box into your form on the left. Then, copy and paste the text in the last box into your message body field below the contact forms.

 

HTML syntax must be utilized to make layout adjustments:

Example:

<p>Form Field Label Here<br />

[tag-generated code here]</p>

id: Specifies an ID for the form element

class: Specifies a class name for the form element

size: Determines the size of the text field in pixels

maxlength: Specifies the maximum allowed input text

Default value: Specifies a value that will pre-populate the form element by default

Placeholder: Specifies whether the default value should be used as placeholder text for the form element

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 4: Input the email address that the form submission notification email should be sent to in the “To:” field. Other fields are optional to edit:

From: Specify how the “From:” field appears in the form submission notification email. Generated tags can be utilized to populate this field

Subject: Specify how the “Subject” appears in form submission email. Generated tags can be utilized to populate this field

Additional headers: Specify the email address that the form submission notification email should indicate as the reply address

File attachments: Specify any file attachments to be sent as part of the form submission notification email

Message body: Edit the layout of the form submission notification email

 

*Optional: Edit the messages to be received upon form submission

Step 5: Click the “Save” button to save the finished contact form. Copy the code generated and paste it into the page at the location where the contact form should appear
