The server restart has stabilized our systems and they are running normally, including Colleague Informer, Kronos, Blackboard Transact, and Mailman.

Other systems impacted by the issues we're experiencing on one of our servers include Kronos (time keeping), Blackboard Transact (OneCard), and Mailman (list servs).

IT staff will be restarting the affected server around 12:30 p.m. this afternoon to resolve these issues.

We've received reports indicating that one of our servers is experiencing problems and possibly down, which is impacting Informer and automated reports on that system. IT staff are investigating and hope to have it resolved soon.

The rest of the Colleague system is still up and running at this time, so other work not related to reporting should still be working fine.

IT staff have done everything we can to remove blacklistings on other services and allow all email messages to be process; a few (2-3) may remain in place for a couple more days and this is beyond our control. We have also worked to identify the source of the spam attack so that we can make necessary changes to avoid a repeat in the future.

IT staff have noted that some messages are starting to come through, although the blacklisting is still in effective on some sites.

We can also confirm that this issue also affects Blackboard Learn messages.
