Life at Valpo
Your life here
All Valparaiso University students are encouraged to get out and VOTE! In addition, if you are a Porter County resident, look into serving as a Poll Worker for the day to be an even larger part of the process. #ValpoVotes
Feels just like home
That is, if home has eight res halls, seven fraternity and sorority houses, dining options and locations to fit every appetite and schedule. Valpo will keep you well fed, well rested, and surrounded by friends.
Housing and Dining
Looking for a way to make friends, get moving, and have fun? Got a good chicken wing throw? Does tennis take your troubles away? With Valpo’s club and intramural sports, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to suit up.
Valpo After Dark
The University Programming Council hosts monthly Valpo After Dark events! Be sure to stop by the Harre Union Ballrooms for this fun and engaging evening!
Celebrate the Light in Everyone
Faith is a Valpo cornerstone, and Lutherans, other Protestants, Catholics, Buddhists, Muslims, and students from many more traditions have found a rich community here.
Last Day of Fall Classes!
Almost there! The last day of classes will be followed by Reading Day, then finals, which will finish on November 24.
OUT ON THE TOWN
Take a walk down Lincolnway. You’ll find major chains, small boutiques, and fast or fine dining just minutes from campus in downtown Valparaiso.
