Engagement Opportunities
Experience Valpo fully by engaging with a variety of campus events, organizations, and traditions. These events provide opportunities to connect with others, build leadership skills, develop time management, explore new interests, grow holistically, and much more!

Student Involvement Fairs are open to all Valpo students and provide an opportunity to meet current student organizations and members. The fairs occur once each semester, and are scheduled for August 26 and January 18 for the 2022-2023 academic year.

Success Story
David-Paul Schulze exemplifies what it means to take an active role in student leadership at Valparaiso University. In his time on campus, David-Paul showcased integrity, problem-solving skills, and collaboration in Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity, Interfraternity Council, TEDxValparaisoUniversity, and InterVarsity Christian Fellowship where he excelled in a variety of leadership positions. He shared knowledge and kindness with his peers through involvement with Undergraduate Admissions, the Hesse Learning Resource Center, and the Chapel of the Resurrection.
In conjunction with his involvement outside of the classroom, David-Paul has been recognized by the College of Engineering on the Dean’s List every semester of his collegiate career. He has been honored for his outstanding academic performance and commitment to community service.
David-Paul Schulze not only impacted the Valpo community, he also found opportunities to combine his passions and purpose on campus.
