Now that your team members know one another better, they may socialize together, and they are able to ask one another for help and provide constructive feedback. People develop a stronger commitment to the team goal, and you start to see good progress towards it.

Mapping Out Your Year: Effective Delegation

Looking at the year ahead and planning helps create structure in an organization and allows members to better identify tasks that need to be accomplished. Once identified tasks can be divided and delegated to members creating buy in to your organization.

Values into Action/Ethical Leadership
Values are the meanings we attach to things. People assume certain basic values, rarely questioning them. It is important to know and understand your values as they are the foundation for visioning. This session will explore values and challenge participants to put them into action.

Decision Making
We make decisions every day. From what cereal we buy to what job offer to accept. This workshop will examine a decision making model as well as discuss how to maximize creativity and logic in decision making.   The workshop provides tips and techniques that accelerate and improve the decision making process.
