Biology Major Receives Prestigious Award to Study Abroad

Carly Tolle, class of 2015 biology major, is one of five Valpo students honored by the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program. Carly's award allowed her to study in spring 2014 at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, England, taking courses in biology, English, and film.  Since 2009, 13 Valpo students have received this award. “It’s a remarkable achievement for our students to be nationally recognized by the Benjamin A. Join other science enthusiasts from the Biology, Chemistry, and Physics & Astronomy Departments for this semi-annual tradition. Gathering begins at 4 p.m., and food will be served around 5:30 p.m.  All food and drinks are provided by the science clubs and the faculty.

Biology Colloquium Series
