Air quality notice
Due to current local|state|national policies the governance and process regarding air quality metrics remains insufficient to fully protect human health. Communities of environmental focus in Northwest Indiana are detrimentally affected by air pollution. Current best practices for the health and safety of individuals in these areas are relocation away from pollution centers as air pollution in our area tends to dissipate with increased distance from point sources. For individuals unable to relocate we recommend masking, indoor air filters, and staying current on air quality warnings with the tools below.
