Marketing Operations Manager
Marketing & Communications
Here’s what Ella’s recommender had to say:
Ella creates community everywhere she goes. She is a steady, welcoming presence across campus, offering partners a clear, streamlined path to marketing support and always stepping in as a thoughtful, proactive liaison. Her leadership shows up daily — in her willingness to take on challenges, collaborate with anyone who needs a hand, and bring people together with grace and humility. Beyond her work, Ella embodies warmth and care. She’s the smiling face people look for, the person who listens without judgment, and the gentle, supportive shoulder that makes others feel seen and valued. Her involvement in faith life adds a grounding spiritual dimension to our team, and her voice in Christmas at Valpo and other worship opportunities brings beauty and joy to our community. Ella is a true beacon for our department and for Valpo.
