Dr. Kirsten Bullock is an Assistant Professor of Management in the College of Business at Valparaiso University, where she teaches courses in ethics, leadership, and strategy. She earned her PhD in Entrepreneurship from the University of Louisville, with research focusing on mission drift, organizational decision-making, and the societal impact of entrepreneurship.

Before entering academia, Kirsten spent over two decades as an entrepreneur and consultant, working with both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. She founded Bullock Consulting, Inc., served as a development director for various organizations, and raised millions of dollars through comprehensive fundraising strategies.

Born in Denmark, Kirsten lives in a historic home in Crown Point, Indiana, with her husband, Rob. When not teaching or researching, she enjoys sculpting. Her work bridges academic rigor with practical business experience, bringing real-world insights to the classroom.
