A fun fact about me is that I love traveling and apparently have no concept of “slow travel.” I’ve considered visiting multiple countries in just a few days because I’m always thinking, “Well, if we’re already there, why not?”
Best Advice I Received Going Into College?
The best advice I got was, ‘Say yes more than you say no.’ College is one of those times when you have so many opportunities in front of you, and you don’t want to look back and realize you talked yourself out of experiences because you were nervous or unsure.
Why Valpo?
I’d choose Valpo because I’d want somewhere I could find my people and really feel like I belong, while still having opportunities to grow and explore.
Favorite Tradition At Valparaiso University?
Homecoming is probably my favorite. There’s so much energy on campus, and I love seeing current students, alumni, and families all come together.

Tomato Bar… always.
Favorite On-Campus Spot?
The Union patio. Especially when the weather is nice—it’s such a great place to hang out, eat, and people-watch.
