About
Dr. Margarita Rayzberg is a science and technology studies scholar whose work examines the politics of knowledge production and expertise in international development and public health. After receiving her PhD in Sociology from Northwestern University, she served as a post-doctoral associate in the Science and Technology Studies Department at Cornell University. At VU, she teaches Introduction to Sociology, Qualitative Methods, and electives like Global Inequality & Development and Science, Crime, & Society. She enjoys doing research with students and mentoring them towards their professional goals.
