WHAT: The women and men of the Valparaiso University Air Force and Army ROTC programs, the Military Veterans Law Association, and the Valparaiso University Chamber Concert Band are sponsoring a Veterans Day observance ceremony.
The program is free and open to the public, and refreshments will be provided.
