Participation for Faculty

Valparaiso University faculty are expected to attend commencement and other formal ceremonies in academic regalia. A faculty reception will be held in the Harre Union Ballroom from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

All members of the faculty are expected to attend commencement ceremonies and other formal academic events in academic regalia.

Tickets are NOT required for faculty participating in the ceremony. 

Faculty planning to participate in the procession should line up down the athletic corridor 30 minutes prior to the beginning of each ceremony.
