Reserve Your Wedding and Vow Renewals

Please follow the following steps for wedding and vow renewal reservations.

Due to the Academic Calendar, weddings and events are unable to be scheduled past August 2026 at this time. The calendar will open for new reservations between September 2026 and August 2027 starting May 1, 2026.

Step 1 – Contact the Harre Union

Step 3 – Fill Out and Submit Your Application

Fill out the Reservation Application below. Once your application has been approved, there will be a temporary hold on your requested service date.

Dates will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

Step 4 – Make Your Payment

Once your application has been approved, you will be sent an emailed invoice. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card, and payment must be received in full within 15 days of receiving the emailed invoice.
