The Valparaiso University marketing team recognizes how impactful templates can be for our campus partners. From making our University look more cohesive and helping your organization stay on brand, to freeing up your time and focusing your energy where you need it most, templates are a great resource to utilize every day.

We’ve made it easier than ever to access and edit templates through marq.com, Valpo’s template portal. Removing the need to download specific software, understand intricate design elements, or work on your projects individually, Marq fosters collaboration and empowers our campus partners to create. Marq accounts are created on a departmental level so collaboration may flourish and contingencies are in place to save and update projects. Please check with your administrative assistant for Marq login credentials. For login help or template troubleshooting, email marq@valpo.edu.

We continue to add new templates based on campus partner needs and feedback. Fill out the template request form to request template creation – whether that be for your department or for your own projects.

Templates for University and departmental letterheads and the approved Valpo email signature can be found in the templates menu. 

The approved Google Presentation templates with many slide options can be found below. There are both primary and prestige options; please consider the content and the audience when selecting a color palette. The prestige color palette should be reserved for elevated content and higher level audiences.

Please be sure to create your own version by going to File > Make a copy > Entire presentation.
