Classes & Scheduling

We offer a specialized course registration process for exchange students.  To begin the registration process, visit DataVU and follow these steps:

  • Click on the orange “prospective students” tab
  • Click on “search for sections”
  • To find available classes, enter “2019 Fall Semester – U/G” as the term, and select a subject
  • You can also search by Fall Mini 1 or 2, or days of the week you would like to take classes

Once you have chosen your courses, please complete this Course Preference Form which gives you space to select 5 classes and 2 alternates (in case the 5 preferred classes are full already).

Once we have received your form, we will connect you with contact information of your academic advisor who will sit down with you at Orientation to confirm your class schedule.  Please note: Placement in your preferred courses is not guaranteed.  It depends on your advisor’s recommendations as well as seat availability in courses.

The principal contact for exchange students is Emily Prough, Senior Coordinator of International Students & Services. She can be contacted at or 219-548-1546.
