The abstract submission deadline for PP2020 is April 15, 2020.

Notification of acceptance: April 29.
Should you need to know earlier whether your abstract is accepted or not (to ask for funding at your institution for instance), please let the program committee know, by writing to Lara Pudwell.

We welcome submissions of abstracts in all research fields related to patterns in permutations and other combinatorial objects. Authors are encouraged to submit extended abstracts of 2-3 pages. Shorter or longer abstracts can also be considered, but the program committee reserves the right to ask for a revised version of an abstract, if it does not meet these requirements.

Your submission should consist of:

  • A single archive including your .tex file prepared with this template: pp2020-template.tex and all the other files required to compile your final submission (figures, …).
  • A pdf file of your submission compiled from these.

(Typically your compiled version should look like this: pp2020-template.pdf.)

Your submission must be uploaded on the submission form which is available HERE.

If you encounter difficulties in submitting your abstract, or with the formatting, please contact us.

When preparing your abstracts and presentations, you may assume as shared common knowledge everything in this document:
