Register Your Bike or
Scooter on Campus

The Valparaiso University Parking Office requires that all bicycles/scooters on campus be registered. To receive a registration sticker, bicycle/scooter owners will need to submit the registration form provided below. In the event that your bicycle/scooter is lost or stolen, the Valparaiso University Police Department can file a report that may help aid in the recovery of your property.

Storage Overview

Valparaiso University offers bicycle and scooter storage during the winter months and summer break. Bikes/scooters are stored at the Fitness Center. Students, faculty, and staff must check in their equipment at designated times and retrieve them during the next term. The same process applies for students switching residence halls or leaving campus temporarily.

Storage Process

Register your bike/scooter with the Parking & Transportation Office before placing it in storage.
Bring your item to the north entrance of the Fitness Center. A staff member will be available to assist with check-in.
You’ll need to sign a liability waiver before your bike/scooter is stored.
When retrieving your bike/scooter, visit the same location with a valid Valpo ID to complete the check-out process.
