FSL Programs

Fraternity & Sorority Life hosts two retreats each year for council officers and chapter presidents that allows these students to come together as a community, grow and hone their leadership skills, set goals and priorities, and receive any large-scale updates for the semester ahead. The Mid-Year Retreat occurs every August/September and the FSL Leadership Retreat occurs every January.

FSL Week is an event that brings together the Fraternity & Sorority Life Community for unity, fun, philanthropy, and light-hearted competition. It is a chance for newer and active members to come together towards the end of the academic year to showcase the broader FSL community beyond individual chapters.
Officer Roundtables occur periodically throughout the semester and on a schedule deemed fit for any given position. These allow officers within similar roles from every chapter to come together to receive support from the governing councils and staff, provide any needed updates or discuss any changes needed, and lean on one another for any challenges, or victories, they may be experiencing within their own chapters. These occur regularly for chapter presidents and recruitment officers.
