Our versatile event space comes fully equipped with modern features to meet a wide range of needs. It includes a computer, projectors with screens, and a podium, making it ideal for presentations and lectures. The room supports wireless sound and video conference capabilities, ensuring seamless connectivity for remote or hybrid events. Additional amenities such as staging and a dance floor add flexibility for performances or social functions. Various set-up options are available, including round tables, auditorium-style seating, and classroom arrangements. For added convenience, the space can also be divided into three separate sections to accommodate breakout sessions or smaller gatherings.
Additional Fees and Policies
Deposit
Fee: 25% of Room Rental Total
Note: The None refundable deposit is due within 10 days of receipt of invoice.
Audio Visual Technician
Fee: $30/hr.
Note: Request must be made at least 14 days in advance.
Valparaiso University Police Officer
Fee: $45/hr.
Note: The charge applies to reservations with alcohol.
Extra Cleaning Expenses
Fee: $75/hr.
Note: Request must be made at least 14 days in advance.
Taxes
Fee: 7%
Note: Indiana sales tax is applied to all reservations. Your total will reflect all rental fees plus tax.
