A large whiteboard provides ample space for brainstorming and visual planning, while the spacious conference table comfortably seats up to 14 attendees, making it ideal for team discussions, client meetings, and strategic planning sessions.

Deposit
Fee: 25% of Room Rental Total
Note: The None refundable deposit is due within 10 days of receipt of invoice.
Audio Visual Technician
Fee: $30/hr.
Note: Request must be made at least 14 days in advance.
Valparaiso University Police Officer
Fee: $45/hr.
Note: The charge applies to reservations with alcohol.
Extra Cleaning Expenses
Fee: $75/hr.
Note: Request must be made at least 14 days in advance.
Taxes
Fee: 7%
Note: Indiana sales tax is applied to all reservations. Your total will reflect all rental fees plus tax.
