This space is equipped with a computer, projector and screen, and a whiteboard, providing all the essentials for presentations and collaborative work. A lectern is available upon request. Flexible set-up options include Hollow Rectangle, Auditorium, Conference Table, or Classroom arrangements to suit various meeting and event needs.

Deposit
Fee: 25% of Room Rental Total
Note: The None refundable deposit is due within 10 days of receipt of invoice.
Audio Visual Technician
Fee: $30/hr.
Note: Request must be made at least 14 days in advance.
Valparaiso University Police Officer
Fee: $45/hr.
Note: The charge applies to reservations with alcohol.
Extra Cleaning Expenses
Fee: $75/hr.
Note: Request must be made at least 14 days in advance.
Taxes
Fee: 7%
Note: Indiana sales tax is applied to all reservations. Your total will reflect all rental fees plus tax.
