Review the frequently asked questions regarding guest attendance at commencement.

Where and When Do I Get Guest Tickets?

Tickets are emailed to students who have applied for graduation through the Registrar’s Office. Graduates will be able to download and/or transfer tickets to guests.

Tickets will be emailed to registered graduates by the end of March.

How Many Guest Tickets Are Given per Gradaute

Each graduate will be allotted six guest tickets. 

Are Tickets Transferable?

Tickets are transferable between graduates, but only for the same ceremony. 

Are Tickets Required For All Guests?

All guests, regardless of age are required to have a ticket to enter the event venue.

Tickets will be required to enter the event venue and will become void after scanned for entry.

What If A Guest Can’t Attend?

All ceremonies will be live streamed for guests who are unable to attend. Please direct guests attending virtually to the commencement home page. There is a button on the homepage that links to the live webcast.
