Summer Career Challenge
Stay up-to-date and engaged with career and professional development trends and opportunities by participating in the Summer Career Challenge! Complete the challenge by participating in at least three of the designated events or services listed below. The events and services listed are designed to help you be best prepared for professional opportunities upon returning to campus for the fall semester. Those who complete the challenge will win some Valpo swag and be entered to win a grand prize upon returning to campus in the fall! The challenge runs from May 19, 2026 – August 25, 2026, and registrations are accepted at any time during this period. Sign up HERE to participate!
The menu of activities you can choose from are:
- Submit a resume or cover letter to the resume dropbox
- Create and complete your Valpo CareerHub account, emailing to confirm completion
- Attend one of the Wednesday Workshop Series events
- Take the O*Net Interest Profiler and schedule an appointment to discuss your results
- Schedule an in-person or virtual appointment with a career advisor to discuss any number of topics regarding your career path or professional development
- Complete the internship survey upon completion of your summer internship
