Upload a Reflective Essay & Resume to your portal
• 1 page essay explaining how a Valpo MBA will help you reach your career goals
• Resume listing all work and leadership experience
Tip! If you would like to be considered for a GMAT waiver, include your request in your essay.

Step 5:

If a GMAT/GRE is requested, take the test before June 30. Use institution code 1874 to have scores sent directly to Valpo MBA.

Prior to starting the MBA, students are expected to learn or review the basics of accounting, finance, economics, and statistics. Software, online courses, websites, and videos are available to help you prepare for these courses.
Students that are not adequately prepared with the prerequisite material risk failure of these accelerated advanced courses.

Valpo MBA admission decisions are made with a holistic view, based upon past academic performance, test scores (including English proficiency), work experience and interview. MBA courses require advanced reading, writing, and presentation skills. For applicants who earned their degree outside the U.S., an English proficiency score is required, even if your instruction was in English. Valpo MBA accepts many measures of English proficiency, including:
TOEFL
IELTS
PTE
• ESL Program
We recommend that you study and take the TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE prior to applying for the MBA, in order to allow enough time to study and do well on the test.
