Student Financial Services is the central hub for all financial information related to Valparaiso University. The Offices of Financial Aid and Student Accounts, as well as other offices, can help you find answers whether you are an incoming, current student or parent/guardian.

In October 2016 families were able to complete the FAFSA information for the 17-18 school year. Families can still file for the 17-18 school year but should use their 2015 tax information. Please also review any special circumstances regarding your financial situation and submit the special circumstances forms which are under the forms section of this page.


Companies not affiliated with the Department of Education may call soliciting you or your family members about loan consolidation. Many of these companies are exploiting students and their families. The link below will give you information regarding what to look for to avoid these issues.

Your servicer will also never text you regarding loan forgiveness or debt collection. Do not reply to the text or call the number.
