Student Financial Services

Student Financial Services consists of The Office of Financial Aid and The Office of Student Accounts. We believe that college should be an affordable option for everyone who wants to further their education. We provide student financial services surrounding financial aid, undergraduate scholarships, and tuition costs.

Important Information

Parents and students can complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid – FAFSA starting in October each year. We encourage you to file your FAFSA, regardless of your family’s income. 98% of Valpo undergraduates receive college financial aid through scholarships, grants and other sources. Our school code is 001842. The FAFSA will include information for the appropriate tax year, and tax information can be uploaded to the FAFSA using the IRS Data Retrieval Tool (DRT).

Please also review and submit any special circumstances regarding your financial situation.
