How to Complete Your Health Registration

All incoming international Valpo students are required to complete a health registration process prior to arriving on campus. This includes creating an AdvancedMD Patient Portal account, filling out the registration forms, and submitting immunization records, and TB screening results by the posted deadlines.

Valpo requires that all students complete each step of the University health requirements by the deadline. If any step is incomplete, a hold will be placed on the student’s account, making him/her unable to obtain grades or register for classes for the following semester until requirements are met.

Due to privacy regulations, all communications regarding the student’s health information must be with the student. The Health Center will not be able to remove a hold until all health requirements are complete.

Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth transition to campus life and compliance with university health requirements.

Step 1: Patient Portal & Health Forms
