Exhibitor Tables are located in Ballroom A on the second floor of the Harre Union. Please note the best times to visit exhibitors are during the times listed below. Exhibitors may not be present during other times.

Exhibitor Registration

What’s included?

The base registration fee for this year is $150 for one table. There is an additional $25 fee for each additional table needed.

New this year: The registration fee also includes registration for the Awards dinner, a quarter-page ad in the ILS program, and a featured section on the ILS website. Exhibitors are also welcome to attend the plenary sessions and worship services during the Institute. We ask you to make yourself available at your booth during the scheduled break (the hours listed above).
