Ella Speckhard ’20 graduated from Valparaiso University with a bachelor’s degree in digital media and French. In 2023, she joined the University’s marketing team as a project coordinator, supporting cross-campus initiatives and helping streamline creative workflows. A year later, she stepped into a new role as marketing operations manager.
Ella oversees project intake and management for the entire marketing department, ensuring smooth coordination from initial request through final delivery. Her support is crucial for the team’s success. With a particular emphasis on photo and video production, she helps guide visual storytelling efforts across the University, working closely with campus partners to bring their ideas to life with clarity, strategy, and impact.
Her office is located in Kretzmann Hall, Suite 103, Office 103A.
