The Multicultural Student Center (CHQ) will reopen in the heart of the Harre Union this fall semester. The CHQ will be a welcoming space created for connection, mutual support, and the everyday practice of respect, belonging, safety, dignity, and love.

Home to the offices of our cultural student organizations, the CHQ serves as a hub for connection, storytelling, and support. A space where students can share their experiences, feel heard, and know they are valued.

The Multicultural Student Engagement Area of the Student Engagement and Experience office is committed to maintaining a community grounded in the principles that everyone deserves a space to thrive.

We will follow the guidance as a welcoming community grounded in the Lutheran tradition, built on values of mutual respect, positive regard, freedom, and reliance on grace. We strive to boldly include all individuals and groups who contribute to the life of our campus in a mutually beneficial way.
