The Information Technology department offers a variety of services to help the Valpo community with technology. If you don't know who to ask, contact the Help Desk! Depending on the nature of the problem, your issue may be resolved over the phone, by having a technician troubleshoot deskside, or through one-on-one consulting.

Current Help Desk hours are listed below. Hours vary according to the academic calendar, holidays, and semester breaks. Help Desk hours are also available on the Help Desk phone tree, 219.464.5678, option # 3. After checking the appropriate calendar(s), please call the Help Desk if you still have questions.

FOCUS Extended Hours
To accomadate the FOCUS orientation sessions, we will be open on two Saturday's in June.
To report a large-scale computer or telephone system problem affecting multiple people outside of normal Help Desk hours, call the Help Desk at 219.464.5678 and select option # 1. You'll hear a message and be given the opportunity to leave a message, which will activate our emergency notification system.
Please note: this method is NOT for reporting individual computer problems, and you should always contact the Help Desk first during regular hours. The Help Desk does NOT monitor email 24/7.
