Leslie Leal is a data-driven and creative digital marketing strategist with more than a decade of agency experience. A first-generation college student, Leslie earned a bachelor of science in computer graphics technology from Purdue University Northwest before beginning her career in 2011 as a graphic designer and web developer at VIA Marketing in Merrillville, Indiana. Over 10 years, Leslie transitioned into digital marketing, moving into the field in 2015 and later specializing in search engine optimization (SEO) in 2022.
In 2023, Leslie joined Valparaiso University as an SEO specialist, focusing on strengthening the university’s online visibility and driving organic traffic. Leslie was promoted to digital marketing strategist in 2024, expanding responsibilities to include managing digital campaigns, guiding paid traffic initiatives, and analyzing website performance to support institutional goals.
