Performing at the annual Gala Dinner of Valparaiso International Student Association (VISA), ranks at the top of my favorite memories. I was part of organizing the event throughout the 4 years I spent at Valpo. Having this amazing mix of cultures, and seeing the pride that the students have in representing their respective countries was truly sensational.

How studying at Valpo prepared me for the real world ?

Valpo prepared me in the most amazing way, it has literally changed my life! I came to Valpo in 1991 from Lebanon, with an open mind to learn and become a better human being. Valpo presented me with world class education, coupled with a multi cultural environment that helped widen my horizon and see the beauty in being unique yet part of the beautiful world mosaic. I had the privilege and honor to get the trust of my fellow international students to lead VISA for 2 years. This experience had a huge impact on building my communication and leadership skills and prepared me to play such role in the business I am leading and growing
