Actuarial Science Minor
The minor in actuarial science provides a foundation for students who desire to explore a career as an actuary. Two of the six required courses (ACRS 325 and STAT 441) have a prerequisite of MATH 132: Calculus II, and a student interested in this minor should consult with her or his academic advisor as soon as possible to plan a course of study. It is expected that most students will fulfill many of the prerequisites through the course of their academic majors.
