The Virtual Nursing Learning Center offers patient stations complete with interactive mannequins, beds and equipment simulating a hospital environment. The Student Nurses Association is a national organization that celebrates nursing and promotes discussion of current health care issues. The state level informs each school's chapter of upcoming events and issues. The National Student Nurses' Association convention also raises new issues that affect the future of nursing. Five Valparaiso University student represented our College of Nursing at the NSNA 2010 meeting.
