No tickets are needed Law School or Graduate School Commencement Ceremonies.
Because of the large number of graduates, guest tickets will be required to attend the May 2020 Commencement Ceremony. Graduates do not need a ticket.
March 17 – April 17: Tickets available to graduates only. Limit 6.
Please note – ALL guests, regardless of age, will be required to have a ticket. This includes children who are young enough to sit on laps.
Each graduate is guaranteed six tickets if picked up before 5 p.m. April 17. Graduates must pick up their tickets in person at the Union Welcome Desk and present their student ID at time of pickup. Full quantity of tickets needed, up to six, must be picked up at one time. No extra tickets will be distributed.
Once a student applies for graduation through the Office of the Registrar, that student’s name is added to the list to receive tickets. If a graduate’s name is not on the list of students to be given tickets, he or she must go to DataVU and complete a Graduation Application. Please wait two business days for the ticket list to be updated after submitting your Graduation Application online.
There will be no online sales, phone calls, will call, or reservations. If a graduate is unable to pick up tickets in person, that graduate must email firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the person who will pick up the tickets. Requests will not be accepted from anyone other than a graduate.
Union Welcome Desk Hours:
If a graduate is studying abroad, she or he should email email@example.com to arrange ticket pick up. Arrangements should be made prior to April 17.
