Clinical Interests:
Anxiety disorders, grief and loss, depression, LGBTQ+ issues, and self-exploration
Theoretical Orientation:
Existential, Gestalt, Constructivist School of Thought, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior approaches to therapy.
Personal Interests:
Spending time with family and friends, video games, traveling, cooking, reading, attending concerts, music, Netflix, and spending time with my fur-babies (2 dogs and 1 cat).
