Individual Services

Schedule a meeting with the Assistant Director of the Prevention and Wellness Office, Natalie Muskin-Press, M.A., LCAC.

We offer a variety of individual services for students including wellness meetings, survivor advocacy, and substance use education and treatment. Please remember that you are always welcome to discuss any concerns you may have about yourself and/or others at the Prevention and Wellness Office within the professional parameters of confidentiality. We offer compassionate, unbiased, and nonjudgmental assessment, counseling, and referrals. Our only concern is your growth and development as a young adult.

  • Wellness meetings: Are you experience difficulty with adjusting to college, learning new coping skills, or decreasing unhealthy behaviors? Set up a wellness meeting to gain help in making changes that will improve your college experience.
  • Survivor advocacy: Students who have experienced any sort of violence, harassment, assault, or unhealthy relationship behaviors can receive private support and education about how to help themselves heal and navigate university or legal processes.
  • Substance use education and treatment: Any student struggling with substance use that is negatively impacting their life can receive assistance from our Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor on staff. Learn about ways to decrease or cease use as well as how to engage in harm reduction strategies to support yourself and others.
