You can now put in your request for a room over the Internet. Here's how it works:

1. Fill out your request, being as complete and providing as much information as possible.
2. Click SUBMIT REQUEST to send your request to the Union.
3. You will receive an email copy of your request for your records. Please look it over and make sure the information is accurate. If you would like to make any changes or additions, you may email Union.Reservations
4. The Valparaiso Union will contact you shortly (usually within 24 hours) regarding your request and provide you with a confirmation letter if approved. If your request is not approved, we will work with you to find another available space that will suit your needs.

Please keep in mind that this is only a REQUEST for a room reservation and not an ACTUAL reservation.
